"For my senior project, I wrote a version of the Passover Haggadah which engaged with questions of identity, assimilation, nationalism, loss, intergenerational trauma, performance, and subjectivity. This Haggadah draws on scholarly works in the fields of deconstruction, psychoanalysis, postcolonialism, and Jewish studies, drawing particularly on the works of Jacques Derrida, Ranjana Khanna, Jonathan Boyarin and Daniel Boyarin, Ellie Wiesel, and Yosef Hayim Yerushalmi. The piece culminated in the production of the text From Generation to Generation: A Passover Haggadah, which was presented at two small readings in the spring of 2019."
